Smart Products New Zealand Limited uses the following services for our New Zealand domestic deliveries.
Once we have dispatched your order we will notify you by email of the details for you to track your purchase online.
We offer free* delivery with Pass the Parcel service from Post Haste Couriers. Their delivery times vary but generally they offer overnight delivery Manawatu wide and around the North Island. They provide a 2 day delivery service between the North & South Islands. There is also an additional 24 hours for items going to rural delivery.
We also offer free* delivery to PO Box or Private Bag addresses. Please select the "PO Box/Private Bag Delivery" option in the shopping cart. These orders will be sent with the Parcel Post - Tracked service from New Zealand Post. ETA for delivery is between 2 to 7 business days.
For customers based in or passing through Whanganui you can also collect your order from our office. Please select this option in the online store and include a contact number and best time to call in the comments field, so we can notify you when and where your order is ready to be collected. Please note that because of the Public Health restrictions put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic this option has been temporarily dispanded till further notice.
* Free delivery is only available on New Zealand retail sales. Club sales incurr normal courier charges which will be advised upon enquiry.
For International deliveries to Australia we use EMS International Economy Courier. This service is included in your price. and features online tracking. Delivery usually take between 3 - 6 days. Once we have dispatched your order we will notify you by email of tracking details for you to track your purchase online.
We can deliver to nearly every country in Asia and the Pacific Islands. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the latest country specific rates.
Please be aware that delivery schedules over New Zealand's public holidays such as the week between Christmas and New Year, as well as Easter, may cause disruption to our delivery service.
For any orders shipped outside of New Zealand the customer is the importer of record and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of Smart Products New Zealand Limited's control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed.
All orders will be processed during our normal bueiness hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm New Zealand local time. Any orders recieved after this time will be processed on the next business day.
